In Part 129 of this series, I reported on the fact that the Ontario Energy Board has not been disclosing the up to date organizational chart the agency is using. The org chart posted on the Board’s site has some time in recent days been updated.
Back in April of this year, when I first started requesting an updated chart, a representative of the Board Secretary’s office promised that an update would be “on the website shortly” and that the Board would notify me when it was posted. No notice was received. Notice also that the org chart is back-dated to September 1. Pure class. Just like the extension of the Ministry of Energy it has become.
I just looked at the “Document Properties” on the chart posted on the OEB and it indicates the chart was created on September 15, 2016 and Modified (posted) on September 20, 2016. Interesting they would back-date it to September 1, 2016. Sadly this seems to be the way the OEB operate.
