HONI rpt on THESL-caused April 15 Blackout is the Hydro One report referred to in Part 115, posted on August 6th, of this series identifying Toronto Hydro’s unsafe construction of a power line on Union Street as the cause of the April 2014 blackout in west Toronto.

Paul Bliss on CTV did an awesome job highlighting the major findings of the Hydro One report in this news clip from Friday August 22. The analysis in the Hydro One report directly contradicts the assertions of Toronto Hydro’s CEO Anthony Haines following the blackout blaming Hydro One for the failure.
