Ontario Electricity Regulation Crisis Report Part 66: Hush Money

Here is the contract offer, attached to the April 4th letter in the previous post, of hush money from Tony’s Hydro (formerly Toronto Hydro) to the residents of Thorncliffe Park in an effort by the utility to contain the damage of the March 8-10 blackout. In Part 57 of the “Ontario Electricity Regulation Crisis Report”, I presented evidence indicating that the blackout was not an accident but part of a deliberate corporate strategy.
