The next three parts of the “Ontario Electricity Regulation Crisis Report” present the damage control strategy undertaken by Tony’s Hydro (previously known as Toronto Hydro) for the Thorncliffe Park blackout.

This particular edition of the letter is dated March 20. I have a version of the same letter issued to some other residents on March 14.

I have been able to find no precedent for this new tactic from Tony’s Hydro.
