Many press outlets are reported that the OPP have laid breach of trust charges against David Livingston and Laura Miller in the McGuinty gas scandal. Please feel free to post links to information in the comments here.
1st appearance for Livingston and Miller at Old City Hall Courthouse in Toronto on Jan. 27th, 2016.
3 charges each: breach of trust, mischief in relation to data and misuse of a computer system to commit mischief.

The Star has comments from Miller here. Notice that the Star is still trapped in the Lib spin that the gas scandal relates to the cancellation of the gas plants in Oakville and Mississuaga. The big money was spilled by McGoo and his gang not on the cancellation but on recontracting for those two plants.
